Luxury Homes of Texas is a family-owned and operated company with roots in residential construction dating back to 1995.

We love what we do, and after decades in the business, that has not changed. There is still something rewarding about taking an idea, a piece of property, and a client’s vision and turning them into a home that did not exist before.

We are not a production builder, and we do not begin with a catalog of plans or a predetermined collection of options. Each residence is individually commissioned and developed around the client, the property, the architecture, and the way the home is meant to be lived in.

Our work includes custom residences, major renovations, estate additions, and outdoor living environments. Every project is different, but the responsibility is the same: understand the vision, develop the right plan, assemble the right team, and lead the work with clarity from beginning to end.

Over the years, we have learned that successful projects require more than construction expertise. They require strong project management, clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, financial discipline, and the ability to keep a large number of people and decisions moving in the same direction.

Creativity is an important part of that process as well. Sometimes the best solution is not the most obvious one. We enjoy working through design challenges, site conditions, construction details, and new ideas to find solutions that make the home work better for the client.

We also believe clients deserve to understand where their project stands. That means maintaining visibility around decisions, cost, schedule, and progress throughout the build.

The goal is not simply to build an impressive home.
It is to create a home that feels personal, intentional, and right for the people who live there.
